incurring any shipping costs. Once received back, the correct item will be sent to you free of charge.

Damaged Item Received: Same as above.

Item Not Received: Sometimes, things get lost in the mail. Sometimes even stolen.  If the item does not arrive within the time
frame you selected, I will give you the choice of a full refund or free replacement (based on availability).
