Rule #5: Don't be rude.  All my messages to you are polite and pleasant. Although some of you I'd really like to strangle, I understand you
want what you paid for. Be nice about it and I will be too.  Things do happen, and I am more than glad to work with you to help as long as you
are pleasant. Remember the bigger picture and my
money back guarantee.    

Rule #6: Do Allow me time to reply   I usually answer e-mails at night.  If you contact me after that, you may not get an answer till the
following night. I don't have access to email on weekends, and honestly neither should you. Live life.

Rule #7: 1 E-mail at a time. Here I have provided you with several ways to get in touch with me. This does not mean you need to use each one
of the simultaneously (that means at the same time).  If it's been 24 hours and you don't have a response, try another method.

Rule #8: Check your spam. I clean out my spam folder daily to make sure your email isn't accidentally junked.  Please do the same as
sometimes my replies will go to your spam folder.  On the topic of spam, I do not send you spam, please do not add me to your list of e-mail
addresses to whom you send every link you can find of a
monkey scratching himself or your political opinions.






















Rule #9: Use English.  I receive e-mails in French, Portugese, and illiterate. Since I can't afford a translator, you won't get a response. If there
is a typo on this page or incorrect English, hire a translator.

Rule #10: Don't be angry.  Life is short. Dvd's are unlimited and when we die, we aren't taking them with us.  Keep a sense of humor.  What
we will take are all of life's experiences so lets try to make this a good one.  Try this instead...























Followed all the rules? Of course I can think of more than 10.

Probably the most annoying is when people E-mail me and tell me they found another seller with the same item but cheaper.  I
get one of those a day.  I can't tell if these people have way too much free time, don't understand the concept of running a
business, or are trying to get hired as a price researcher.  Whatever it is, its a waste of time.  If they have it cheaper, buy it from
them and leave them a negative feedback. :)
